Really. They’re fairly easy to implement. But making the UI is incredibly dull. Make form, validate and sanitise input, repeat. Not to mention a browsing system.

Since I don’t predict much popularity, auctions won’t have categories or tags to start with. When it becomes a pain to look through the auctions, then I’ll add those.

What they will have:

  • Images and descriptions
  • Minimum bid
  • Reserve
  • Minimum increment
  • Set end date
  • Option to set a “buy now” price (possibly)
  • Automated item delivery.
  • Cancellable, but uneditable once set up.

Soo… once I get round to UI work. I hate UIs. They’re the least fun part of making stuff.
