No, All the objects will be kept on the sim once transferd its just all the ban list, access list, EMs will be removed.

Well yes storm… in all fairness they could have been kept by Merc. But Merc would have to re set the out once the island is transferred…

(I already know the island would have to be completely empty to transfer, I mentioned transferring Tringo with Mecca once, Long time ago, and they told me i couldn�t do it.)

Oh see i didnt know that was the plan, I wasnt informed, But like i said in the eairler post, It wouldnt have worked anyway. LL dosent allow sending TG builds to the MG. lol

Amazing how everyone think Mercury’s plan was great, and forgot that fact. It seemed like a good idea to most but really it wasn’t.
When I saw that posted I had a feeling he would win the sim since everyone loved the idea.
Not one person said a thing about my idea, screw helping those new to SL, they can just sit around and make SL suck more, instead we’re going to feed our egos and we’ll think we’re helping the TG by sending some builds to the MG.
You guys need to pull your heads out of your ass. instead of trying to do something that MAY work, try and help those on the TG. Sending builds to the MG does NOT directly help the TG. Teaching newbies to script, build, and not be jack asses, does help.

lol. Funny Funny, I WOULD Feel for you Katherine, But because you have been an ass to me for most of my second life, I can only laugh! Besides, LL Clearly States, a Sim cannot be transferred to the MG with objects on it, so it would have to be completely empty, So if there was a build plan, It would have to be destroyed a week later.

You just did call me a hypocrite. Saying you wouldn’t say something is equivilent to saying it. It should also be noted that what I pasted was a single line:

Furthermore, that was only to one person, who quite probably already knew (Mercury), and has since been posted up again, by the person who said it. Unlike Shawn, I didn’t proceed to paste piles of other chat without permission as well (which I have left in the interest of “free speech,” although such a concept does not actually exist on my website, since it’s private). The concept that I should need a team of lawyers for something as simple as this is, quite simply, rediculous. I’m unclear on why we can’t just trust that people will do what they say they’ll do – which he did. I would hope that all common sense would say that you didn’t need a clause to say that you’ll do what you said you’d do – it’s implied. Sigh.

As for his reputation… my memory of it doesn’t seem to be as lily-white as everybody else’s. Anyone else remember Prime Real Estate?

And by the way, how am I being hypocritical by posting this?

Katharine – It is a well established fact that you are known to be demanding and often condescending towards others. True, it may have been wrong of Mercury to deviate from the plan (assuming that is what he did) that enabled him to gain your simulator (extortion, no? accidental?), but if his reputation is anything of value, he did so with good intentions. If you want your simulator back due to his deviations, and are willing to pay transfer fees, and maybe a little more for time compensation, then it would seem fair. However, if you are demanding, arrogant, and narrow minded, nobody will wish to help you, Mercury included. Not that you are.

Shawn – If you were mad at Katharine for posting a chat log, then you have done nothing better than stoop to her level (in this case, low) in order to retaliate. A young child knows the difference between right and wrong. You should as well. Katharine brings it out to be more ethical than law, whereas you bring it out to be more law than ethical. Find a middle-way to work with. (Commonly known as: Stop instigating each other)

Daisy – One sided, but at least there’s more information

The voice that calls to me (The voice of your conscience) – They wouldn’t have tried to make this public had they wanted to “solve their problems alone” :’(. I would call Katharine a hypocrite for publicizing such things, but that would be hypocritical of me.

Final word – Grow up. You’re both intelligent; you may as well ‘act’ it.
