Exams are evil

Mostly because I manage to consistently screw up.

In this specific case, I managed to get a B in the AS Computing exam that I did a couple of months ago. No idea how I managed to screw it up, but I did. (For those of you who know what an AS exam is, I’m not two years older than I claim to be; I did the exam two years early. For those who don’t, ask Wikipedia.)

Oh, and hello to anyone who came over from LL’s newsletter. I suppose my server will start crashing again now. Oh well. :P

As for other stuff, I’m still working on TSLE’s upgrade and being miserable about the upcoming end of holiday.

  • Hey B at AS-level isn’t “screwing up”, plus you still have 3 or more modules to make it an A at A2 level if you really want to!

Keep up the good work Katharine

  • True, but I was generally expected to get a high A by teachers/parents, who are now all being disappointed. Which is depressing.

  • Whoo comment! Too bad. I hate it when my parents expect more than just a good grade.

In all truth I just wanted to beep/bounce/flash you…

  • Yeah, I know the feeling. You’ll do better next time, though.
Those Euro systems sound like heaven. At least it does not look like you have to go to school at 7:30 on Saturdays for a few hours to try and learn as much as your brain will hold to pass the entrance exam for uni. *Shivers*
